Description

The Payroll Supervisor will deliver payroll solutions within a region and or country. In this role you will lead a team of payroll specialists to support all payroll activities ensuring policies accomplishment.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Supervise a payroll team with a strong client focus, proactive communication and awareness of global collaboration, focused in a region and or country.• Deliver recurring end to end services related to payroll activities. • Manage the communication and accountability of the payroll team regarding policies, programs, regulations and compliance with laws within a region or country. • Provide coaching to payroll individual contributors, which includes coaching the company core values.• Supervise the execution and implementation of regional processes and projects as requested. • Lead and/or act as key participant in audits and or reviews.• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent experience• Minimum of 1 year directly related work experience in payroll• Advanced Excel level

• Advanced English level B2+

• Experience with SAP and Streamline Payroll

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Previous experience in a human resources, finance, administration or payroll role• Minimum of 1 year directly work experience as a people manager or supervisor• Payroll process knowledge of payroll best practices• Exposure to human resources tools and payroll applications• Advanced English level C1
