We are looking for a full-time Sr. Technical & Product Recruiter, with full-cycle technical recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable candidates. This person will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our growing company. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent “top to bottom” to support the awesome culture we have created. This position is a true contributor to the growth of the company and provides the talent that makes Snap Finance successful.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance between business needs and serving our team members. The Job…

  • Conduct full life cycle recruitment efforts for job openings in the USA and Costa Rica (primarily technology and online product focused)
  • Use innovative research & sourcing methods to attract prospective candidates and build a talent pipeline for niche technology areas and "hard to fill" roles
  • Consult with Hiring Managers, Business and HR Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to discover job objectives and to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
  • Maintain our ATS system updated with accurate information
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed
  • Network within the community and establish a strong rapport with internal and external contacts
  • Assist in developing new team member programs

  • 4+ years full life cycle technology recruitment experience (should include hiring Back End Engineers, Front End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security Engineers, Infrastructure and QA Engineers; in the ecommerce, online banking or online shopping spaces)
  • 2+ years of experience in cross-cultural work environments
  • Ability to conduct structured, competency and behavioral-based interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various interview processes (phone interview, reference checks, etc.)
  • Proven track record of identifying, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent
  • Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
  • Deadline and results driven while working well in a team environment
  • Exhibit the highest level of professional standards in both oral and written communication
  • Shows initiative to handle tasks not yet assigned
