The Opportunity

This position will be driving long-term business growth focusing on upsell and paid conversion for the Creative Cloud Individual business with product growth teams, GTM, engagement and category marketers


  • Are a full stack marketing athlete with experience across customer insights, data analysis, user journey mapping, growth strategy creation, cross-functional team leadership, and program execution.
  • Have a deep understanding of your customers and market landscape and can influence that into action throughout an organization.
  • Are both a strategist and a do-er who leans into data based insights to influence business outcomes
  • Are an agent of change who will push to improve from the status quo
  • Can flexibly jump from one priority to another
  • Key Tasks:

  • User Intent and Journeys: Develop desired user journeys and golden paths from first landing down to the final conversion to facilitate great business and user outcomes with web, product and GTM
  • Understand Traffic and conversion rate trends: Understand impact of traffic driving campaigns including social, display, and SEM and SEO. Analyze conversion through the funnel and determine where you can have the highest impact on growing the business partnering with campaigns and GTM
  • Customer, market and competitive analysis: Analyze behavioral metrics, market/competitive data, and customer research to identify growth and improvement opportunities. Drive primary customer research.
  • Drive Strategic growth: Identify long term strategic growth unlocks and drive progress growth initiatives. Develop business cases, evaluate opportunities, analyze financials and customer data, identify priorities, and push and execute for progress through the Adobe matrix
  • Develop Messaging: Develop messages and content across messaging platforms by segment and offering that can be used in customer-facing collateral and sales training in partnership with other PMMs
  • Communicate and influence with impact: Present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to sell ideas and influence action
  • Program Execution: Partner on pilots of specific marketing and business initiatives with cross-functional partners with regular reporting of insights to leadership
  • To succeed you'll have:

  • BA/BS with demonstrated analytical bent; MBA highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2C growth; experience with subscription-based models preferred.
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with a “test and learn”
  • Customer-centric with empathy and understanding of underlying motivations.
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful with success in delivering important strategic projects
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and excellent sense of humor
