Job Description

The Client Ops associate roll involves project managing the larger team on a continuing basis. The associate will be responsible for pulling and compiling data on a monthly and ad hoc basis, including areas such as monthly client billing and budget reporting. As a result, they will become system experts as well as mastering the art of working with data in Excel. On a day to day basis, the associate will work with not only the Client Ops team, but various teams (Strategy, Investment, eCommerce, etc.) as well as the KHC Marketing Finance team. Because the associate works closely with many teams, they will gain exposure to the business and operations at Starcom.

The Client Ops Associate is a go-to contact for troubleshooting various issues that arise, which will help them to grow critical thinking and problem solving skills. The Associate also provides system support for such programs as Mediatools, Mbox, and Authorize. A prospective candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects at once. This is a fast paced environment and the ability to adapt to change is critical in the Associate's success.
