· Address customer’s technical requests, issues or complaints (via all communication channels).

· Escalate serious complaints according BT complaint process
· Attend internal training.
· Perform other functions related to the position.
· Solve or forward configuration and application questions
· Collect log files and configuration files
· Forward non-tech support issue to related department.
· Active contribution for product improvement.
· Student of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
· Networking knowledge is a plus
· Operating systems Installation and setup knowledge is a plus
· English level B2
