We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Relentless pursuit of better*We’ll be looking for you to be a key member of the Latin America Digital Product management team. You will act as a liaison between the Business and the Central Product team by gathering and structuring requirements for new product initiatives such as enhancements and new products or features. We require you to do research, and to understand the digital market for money transfer and the overall FinTech sector, including, but not limited to competitors’ assets, product trends, new technologies, to suggest improvements to our products. You will engage with local teams/stakeholders to identify business opportunities, legal requirements, and product enhancements. Also, you will support design and prioritization of projects within roadmap, will do documentation for new product and feature launches, as well as engage in performance tracking and assessment of products, including product readiness, overall health (bugs and issues), minimum viable product status. We require you to be fully engaged with the creation and maintenance of a healthy product backlog for the region.For such a role, we require you to have minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Business Analyst, or Tester for a digital service company. You should demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills and high attention to detail, we need you to be capable of breaking down complex problems into parts to understand root causes and identify possible solutions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related (completed or in progress) is highly preferred, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills are a must as you have to be able to gather inputs from stakeholders and effectively communicate to Engineering through clear and concise user stories. For this role we require you to have strong written and verbal communication skills (English Level C1- 83% min).
