Lead a group of contributors who support our Operations & Sales teams on activities related to IT Project Management, Financial Project Management, and remote Project Management Services. This position is responsible for the performance and culture of a group aligned around internal operating regions. Requires leadership and guidance of a large group of employees.

Essential Functions

  • Lead a group that provides the following services: IT Project Management services for large, multiyear IT internal projects. Financial management, strategy, and analysis of projects and business units. Program coordinators including coordination of sales opportunities, procurement, and construction activities. Sales Coordinators including the coordination of sales opportunities. Remote Field Project Management services including the remote planning, coordination, and ensuring proper execution of small construction projects located throughout North America. Other services provided internally related to project and program management.
  • Provide your internal team leaders with leadership, technical guidance and look forward visibility for their roles.
  • Analyze and create corrective action plans based upon client feedback and KPI’s in order to strive for a more efficient organization.
  • Develop and execute a plan for the discovery of best practices among the groups who support different internal business units.
  • Set up and constantly review lines of communication between all levels within group and internal clients.
  • Create onboarding and continual education plans for the group together with our internal business units.
  • Provide career, technical, and motivational guidance to a team focused around project management.
  • Coordinate with internal management and clients in order to control quality, communication, and efficiency throughout your team.
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure compliance with Corporate and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates.
  • Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering including Electronic, Electrical, Software, Systems, etc.
  • +6 years of experience in project management
  • PMP, ITIL, or other project management certification or degree
  • Proven experience and ability to motivate, lead and influence a large group and perform multiple assignments and responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading direct reports.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
  • Advanced business level in English (C1+)
  • Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience with IT project management.
  • Experience in leading teams within a shared service center, with a focus on PMO.
