Responsibilities

Individual Accountabilities:

  • Define implementation plans according to the strategy set by Americas & Center Of Expertise.
  • Review functionality of current and upcoming tools / systems (with Americas).
  • Configure Human Resources systems according to Americas guidelines and needs.
  • Look for opportunities to improve, simplify, innovate and automate.
  • Solve issues reported by Human Resources users.
  • Admin accesses to Human Resources systems.
  • Ensure that the databases and processes in SAP HCM are executed/controlled in all locations as agreed regionally (audits).
  • Document definitions and configuration of Human Resources systems and integrations with other business systems.
  • Qualifications

    Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Administration, IT or other analytical area.
  • 3+ years of HR business process improvement/redesign in a company of comparable (or larger) size and complexity.
  • Strong aptitude and understanding of HR systems and technology.
  • Advanced English. Portuguese is a plus.
