Primarily responsible for the identification and development of technology solutions for clients using company products outsourced technology solutions and/or proprietary tools and techniques that others implement. Defines client needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant.

Our team is responsible for managing design IP throughout its lifecycle. Our customers are Intel's worldwide fast-moving hardware development teams who require an intuitive and efficient IP environment that accelerates their workflows and provides traceable IP handoffs between teams. For external IP this includes the legal workflows, including rundas, disclosure agreements, licensing, costing royalties and auditing.

This position will focus on reducing the turnaround time from when external IP is available from an outside vendor until the time access can be granted with full legal compliance. Our system must trace the lifecycle of the external IP from vendor import to tape in auditing ensuring no IP loses traceability during the design process.
