Identify new opportunities and define future product requirements for Tensilica’s Xtensa product.

Competitive analysis

Collateral development

Technical marketing support including collaboration with Field Applications Engineering and Development Engineering on system level analysis

Business Development for controller applications, including software development tools, RTOS's, and EDA partners.

Assist with partner development and management

Responsible for communicating internally and externally the value of Tensilica’s Xtensa controller solutions

Assist in ensuring Tensilica’s success in winning design engagements

BSEE or equivalent required, MSEE preferred, MBA preferred.

5 or more years of total relevant work experience with RISC controllers and/or DSPs, including semiconductor or semiconductor IP marketing, is required.

Must have a working knowledge of microprocessor and DSP hardware architectures and ASIC design implementation methodologies.

Knowledge of software development tools and methods, and system modeling tools and methodologies is a plus.

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
