Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to resolve escalations from an end to end point of view working with the different teams and provide key stakeholders on the status and updates.
  • Flexibility on the work hours in case escalations extend after normal work hours (exceptional cases)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Responsive in communication on escalation status
  • Self-driven to resolve escalations and takes appropriate risks
  • Quick and aggressive on pushing things forward to resolve escalations.
  • Education and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Order Management
