The role Design and deliver complex IT solutions for SoftwareONE customers Analyze business and user requirements Translate business requirements into functional architecture Create detailed design and architecture documentation Maintain and report on service delivery and project status Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy Support project management team and other consultants in the planning, management, and delivery of customer engagements Maintain and acquire advanced level technical certification(s) in assigned area Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Create, maintain, and update document templates, architecture, and standards Contribute to offering development and written proposals Support sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation and/or review, and other pre-sales activities Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams Assist with end user and technical administrator training, where needed
