  Position Name : Vendor Master Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Analyze and understand SAP vendor master data objects.
  • Review the data of suppliers in SAP portals.
  • Monitor Vendor Master change/create open requests.
  • Support queries via chat, call or email.

    • Vendor Master Team ensures all creations and modifications for suppliers are carried out in compliance with all the policies and guidelines established. In addition, it validates that all the data information must be correctly updated in the system according with all mandatory requirements. Also, the Vendor Master team is in charge of executing all the controls, ensuring the transparency and integrity of sensitive data.

    Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Advanced University student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related career.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • 1 year of experience in Vendor Master Data
  • 1 year of experience in Shared Service Center.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word and Power Point)

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • SAP experience.
  • Procure to pay process experience.
