  • What You’ll Do

    As a Technical Analyst for the FedRAMP Program you will be focused on FedRAMP program activities. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Delivering design reviews, extraction of technical requirements and overall review of how implementation of program is implemented at service levels.

    Required competencies include: delivering results, managing ambiguity, balancing competing & changing priorities, ability to multitask, attention to detail, adapting to change, holding one-self accountable for results, working with a sense of urgency, and meeting commitments.

  • Drive measures, performance, and effort indicators
  • Analyze all program activities and other inputs to drive metric execution and reporting/dashboard development Establish views for Reporting from WorkStreams
  • Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conducts interviews to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects.
  • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
  • Combines understanding of IT and business processes to recommend solutions.
  • Experience developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.
  • Manage daily tasks, coordinate updates across Alliances, Track adherence to KPI's
  • Work with Stakeholders from different tribes to complete milestones associated with FedRAMP program
  • Qualifications 

  • A proven functional/technical professional with 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Analyst
  • 2+ years of Google cloud (GCP) experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working with G-suite products, including Smartsheet
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Confluence / Jira / Aha! or similar products
  • Extra Points for any of the Following 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field of study
  • Google cloud, Agile, and/or ITIL certifications are a strong plus
  • Experience working with government security – Preferred
  • Project Management related certifications are preferred, but not required
