About the Role:

Plan, organize and coordinate activities related to projects of the Manufacturing Area and other similar areas. Furthermore, he/she must assure compliance with Quality System dispositions, as per client and company requirements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate necessary activities in order to implement the following projects:
  • Product transfers from other facilities to the Costa Rica site.
  • Development of new products and processes launched from the Costa Rica site.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Problem solving for increasing trends in down time, quality rejects, customer complaints, etc.
  • Keeping systems updated so they meet the latest company requirements.
  • Assure efficiency of productive processes installed in the site.
  • Facilitate and lead cost reduction, local provider rating, and use of alternate component initiatives.
  • Facilitate the implementation of packaging initiatives, etc.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Licenciature degree in Industrial Engineering, Machanical Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience..
  • English Level desired: C1:(90-94%).
  • Desired knowledge: Statistical skills, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge, PDP/TDP, Project Management and Quality Systems, Process Validations deliverables: IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ protocols and reports.
  • At least 10 years of experience in similar position.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
