Descripción:

Some of the responsibilities for the Analyst - Investment are:

• Assist DRTV buying group in the input and maintenance of media schedules in current buying system.
• Contact stations to place orders and make revisions. 
• Input airchecks and responses weekly. 
• Request relevant information from vendors, stations, clients and internal department.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with stations to ensure that buys were correctly billed.
• Assist DRTV buyers in reconciling all spending in assigned markets for assigned clients.
• Maintain and produce stewardship reports on a periodic basis.
• Provide support and assistance to assigned buyers.

• Advanced English (B2+)
• Advanced Excel (conditional formatting, formulas (if, vlookups), pivot tables, other).
• Traditional Media exposure/buying experience (exposure)
• Candidate with media fundamentals is a plus.
• Willingness to expand knowledge of media concepts to marketplace negotiations, plan analysis, client recommendations and execution & stewardship requirements.  
• Strong critical thinking skills with ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate across agency stakeholders to meet goals.
• Ability to build strong relationships with external partners (agencies, vendor partners) and create opportunities for synergistic collaboration.
• Ability to move quickly and think on his/her feet.
• Passion for media innovation that delivers measurable business impact.
