Responsibilities

As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and financial services companies in the Nation. Learning how to generate direct customer contact and motivating customers to resolve outstanding debts will be primary objectives as you develop in this exciting new role. Other responsibilities include:

  • Educating customers on available options
  • Discussing sensitive financial situations
  • Systematically processing customer requests
  • Maintaining client and company policies and procedures
  • Qualifications

    Your professionalism and outstanding customer service skills will be keys to success in our fast-paced collection environment. The right candidate should also have computer skills, strong communication skills in order to negotiate effectively (Excellent / Fluent English level - 90% or above - speaking , writing and comprehension skills), attention to detail, type 40 WPM, High School Diploma and a clean delinquency record. Candidates with INA training / graduation are a plus.
