 Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance on the Groups Services delivery in Spanish, English and Portuguese following the guidelines and policies set by the client within required turnaround time.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions.
  • Interface effectively with other teams.
  • Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues problems.
  • Assess and resolve nonstandard and standard issues or problems.
  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work

    Qualifications

    Key Requirements :

  • +1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Good level of English written knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Client industry experience is a plus
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Working Conditions Cyclical work shift including work hours at night and working on weekend.
  • assessing and resolving issues problems.
  • English Portuguese spoken language skills is required.
