The Opportunity

The Adobe.com Web Analytics team is looking for a dynamic, versatile, technical minded Senior Digital Insights Analyst! B2B digital experience is an exciting, fast growing, constantly evolving space that needs your skillset in driving high impact web/marketing insights that will generate long-term value for Adobe and its customers. Your background is an outstanding blend of strong story-telling and technical expertise. In this role, you are tasked with unlocking and communicating customer-centric, impactful insights to your product and business partners by piecing together multiple data sources. You are also equally up to the task of getting into the details by digging deep into the data and crafting robust reporting solutions that help you and your partners scale efficiently.

What you'll Do

  • Deliver insight and understanding of customer behavior on Adobe.com and connected experiences throughout the customer journey
  • Synthesize Adobe Analytics and other data sets to drive deeper understanding of customer journeys – who is coming to the site, what they are doing and why
  • Understand key business priorities and marketing goals for Adobe.com; deliver insights to support sales and customer retention goals
  • Participate heavily in Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud implementation architecture design
  • Work with multiple technical and business teams and quickly diagnose, prioritize and scope web measurement implementation needs that will help deliver insights to optimize the business.
  • Identify site requirements to ensure proper tracking of new pages and experiences; work closely with the marketing tech enablement team to evolve our implementation with our business needs
  • Set and deliver on web goals and targets to drive improvements to web traffic, conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with other analytics and optimization teams to tell comprehensive stories about the who what and why of the business
  • Tell great stories about customer insights and our team’s impact on the business
  • Selling, teaching, and story telling are essential skills for this job.
  • What you need to succeed

    Strong Analytics Skillset:

  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools for analysis, insight sharing and data presentation.
  • Strong demonstration of Adobe Experience Cloud products' technical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing strategies. Knowledgeable of all digital marketing tactics and their impact on web behavior. 
  • Ability to knit together Adobe Analytics and customer attribute data to deliver robust insights that advise optimization plans on adobe.com.
  • Data visualization is key to the story. Adept at bringing data to life through dashes and presentations. Power BI skills also useful.
  • Leadership:

  • Partner with marketing, IT, and web strategy teams to develop analytics and insights to acquire and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with business strategy and analytics implementation teams to ensure timely capture of analytics data and delivery of insights.
  • The ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leaders – and explain the story behind the data - is essential for success.
  • Other:

  • 4+ years related work experience in online B2B environments.
  • BS in statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative field required.
