Lightroom is one of the first photography-specific tools designed for digital photography and is the most used photography-specific suite of applications in the world, with a diverse, passionate, and deeply engaged and growing customer base. With over 6 years on the market, Lightroom mobile has set the bar for an approachable yet professional-caliber end-to-end photography workflow app that blends seamlessly into the broader Lightroom ecosystem.
We're looking for someone with a passion for mobile photography to guide Lightroom and empower and encourage photographers of every skill level, wherever they are.
Responsibilities: Work within the core photography team to define and develop product strategies. Work collaboratively with engineers, user experience designers, research, marketing, photographers, and customers to incorporate their feedback into the product definition process. Connect the work of researchers to product opportunities and value propositions. Work with teams across Adobe to tackle real world problems—you will have the satisfaction of seeing products through to final execution Create cross-platform products and develop the relevant ecosystem partnerships. Work with the marketing team to develop messaging and channel strategies. Partner with our PR, social, and influencer teams to make sure the benefits of the product are communicated clearly and on target with the audience. Partner with Adobe Design and the content strategy teams to support in-product onboarding and our education strategy Use analytics to constantly refine and improve strategy
About You: You have a flexible toolkit of problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience delivering innovative solutions, especially for mobile customers You are constantly working without constraints and not afraid to reach for the stars You are a creative problem solver, passionate about finding how to accomplish a goal You care deeply about photography; you are passionate about improving how people express themselves with photographs and want to empower photographers. You are focused on quality, with the desire to help ensure that Adobe’s products are perceived as the best in the world You understand the fundamentals of business and marketing and can drive multifaceted projects forward with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Education 5+ years experience working to successfully design and ship software products. A proven track record of working with research teams bringing products and solutions to market. Previous experience as a pro or semi-pro photographer a plus. MBA a plus
