Group Product Manager, Business Solutions

Are you a forward-thinking product manager? Do you have a passion for customer delight?

The Adobe Business Platform organization is looking for a Group Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering on the post-purchase experiences for Adobe’s mid-market and education solutions.

You will lead the charge in understanding market requirements, defining and crafting key platform capabilities for value realization across Adobe’s SMB and education market segments. You and your team will drive the personalization, testing and user experience optimization strategy for post-purchase experiences used across all Adobe cloud solutions.

Specifically, you will deliver platform capabilities and optimize user experiences that enable customers to manage their organizations users and groups, delegate licenses, use cloud storage and understand the usage of Adobe products within their organizations.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct customer research for new initiatives and product capabilities.

  • Build business cases outlining projected impact for each platform initiative to help prioritize the roadmap.

  • Author detailed end-to-end use cases, user stories and product requirements to be used by Engineering & Design teams.

  • Lead feature development across the product lifecycle from conceptualization, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, launch, to post-release adoption.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.

  • Work with counterparts in Marketing, Operations, Design, and Product to promote new features and enable A/B testing.

  • Communicate the benefits of, and advocate for, A/B testing throughout the organization encouraging a continuous testing approach and iterating on adoption and success metrics.

  • Use metrics to identify discovery, activation, and engagement opportunities. Test and grow those opportunities.

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of product managers.

  • Who you are:

    You have led product management for B2B SaaS products and platforms for the past 10+ years. You can pitch a vision and get alignment on the strategic direction from internal and external partners. You are successful at leading initiatives in a large, matrixed organization and are comfortable in a player-coach role in the organization. You are adept at channeling the “voice of the customer”. You are user centric and data driven in your decision making. You have the ability to effectively communicate across the breadth of the organization from engineers to senior executives. You are knowledgeable about A/B testing approaches and optimization techniques. You enjoy leading, mentoring, and growing product teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or equivalent; MBA is an advantage.
