HP Device as a Service (DaaS) is a growing business for HP. You will join the Managed Services - Delivery team as technical lead to manage customer onboarding on our IT Service Management (ITSM) ServiceNow platform.

If you are our ITSM Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you will have a chance to:

  • Own and lead all the phases of a customer on-boarding on the ITSM platform
  • Collect Requirements from Customer Account team
  • Design ISTM ServiceNow onboarding project plan with internal transition team and Customer
  • Run Due Diligence with customer
  • Configure the ITSM ServiceNow platform per requirements-Workflows adaptations
  • UAT-Support into production phase
  • Establish and ensure that appropriate Client On-boarding processes on HP ITSM tool are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.)
  • Lead the overall Customer On-boarding project on HP ITSM tool during Transition/Transformation phases of the deal - report to Deal Transition Manager or Account Delivery Manager
  • Assist in acquiring license requirements and material resources for the onboarding programs
  • Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • 3-5 years managing IT/Transition implementation projects
  • Undergraduate Degree (Preferred fields include Business, Computer Science, IT/ IS, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience))
  • ITIL certification is a nice to have
  • Effective project management methods
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Focus on customers
  • Design and deliver presentations
  • Influence management in defining customer needs
  • ITSM Admin & Config experience 3 Year minimum (preferred Service Now)
  • JAVA Programming expertise/experience preferred
  • Computing Degree-ITIL foundation (certified preferred)-Basic Project Management skill
  • Testing/QA experience
