Your tasks

  • Lead and oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring that the payroll is paid accurately and on time and process Time and Attendance files
  • Talent Acquisition through full life-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Provides guidance and counseling on staffing and termination decisions, compensation, performance management processes, and career development plans for all employees.
  • Advises employees on resolutions for specific issues related to compensation, benefit programs, policies and procedures, and other human resources related matters.
  • Administers the company training and development initiatives.
  • Participates with global HR team members on the rollout of HR initiatives.
  • Processes administrative changes via Workday.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turn rates
  • Organize the annual employee performance review
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field/discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 + years of relevant payroll processing and Human Resources experience.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven experience in processing payroll
  • Proven experience as an Human Resources Generalist
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present information to a small group
  • Trustworthy, discrete and a high degree of personal integrity to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Flexible, open to change and accepting of new projects or responsibilities
