We are looking for C level position to build our business and fulfill our Dropshipment/Marketplace strategies.

  • You´ll be fully responsible for VIP acquisitions, building partnerships, driving sales and revenue trough 3rd parties cooperation.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Ready to learn fast marketplace strategy to be able to determine mid/short term plans for driving maximum inceremental revenue in shortest possible time from new and existing market segments
  • Understand and improve/simplify Alza´s marketplace acquisition strategy to maximise number of newly onboarded business partners
  • Map and quantify market segments not yet covered by Alza, translate it into an ambitious business case
  • Identify biggest business oppportunities/potential partners in each segment, prioritize them and devise plans as to how to materialize those opportunties into business delivery
  • Lead negotiations and onboarding process as per devised plans and deliver
  • Always keep looking for additional opportunities/overachievement
  • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience with retail or marketplace(s) with proven results in sales growth/acquisitions
  • Strong business knowledge and business development experience
  • Ability do coordinate projects, identify, prioritize and execute on time
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with analytics and reporting
  • Master´s degree
  • Ability to learn IT principles
  • Advanced process thinking
  • StartUp thinking
