In this position, therecruiter will utilize general recruitment knowledge to provide full cyclerecruiting services including: sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent incollaboration with business partners. Will execute the implementation and administration of processes, as wellas relationship management, governance and compliance, and data research andanalysis for a complex geography and/or business partner.

  • Will draw on ageneral knowledge of various business environments to develop requirements andstrategies to determine the recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies, toestablish priorities, and to develop strategies and metrics to ensure alignmentwith delivering business/function goals

    Will draw upongeneral industry knowledge to provide input on finding functional talent (bestsourcing/recruiting channels and methods), which includes: utilizing labormarket consultation, competitive intelligence, and selling the Emerson brand.

    Will provide full cycle recruiting servicesincluding: job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviews, selectionprocesses, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, andstatus communication with candidates and hiring managers.

    Will utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e.Taleo) to drive process enhancements and , and Taleo analytic capabilities toachieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.

    Will activelyparticipates in recruitment related projects or initiatives withbusinesses/functions

  • With support fromthe Talent Acquisition Manager, will develop and maintain internal/externalrelationships related to the recruitment process which may include: hiringmanagers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.

    Will utilizegeneral recruitment subject matter expertise to partner with business and HRleadership (e.g. BU Managers, Business HR Managers, etc.) regardingrecruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics,position responsibilities, forecasts, etc.

    Will managerespective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged incurrent or future opportunities, and ensure a strong and positive client andcandidate experience.

    Will providegeneral training and direction related to a Talent Recruitment process orsystem for HR professionals in the business.

    Will activelyparticipate in the management and selection of vendors, when applicable.

  • Drawing upongeneral employment knowledge and experience, will ensure Talent Recruitmentcompliance requirements are met, which could include:

    -IncludesPolicy and legal requirements for a specific region/country/state

    -IncludesAdministration of internal systems and/or creation of processes to ensurecompliance with country/local labor laws

    Will coordinateaccountability measures and processes to ensure compliance of policies,processes, and procedures.

  • 4years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’sDegree
  • Fluencyin English
  • Strongbusiness acumen, business partnering skills and orientation toward results
  • Abilityto gather and analyze data, and implement recommendations with businesspartners
  • Demonstratedknowledge and understanding of employment equity, employment law, and diversityrecruiting strategies
  • Solidorganizational skills and detail orientation
