In this role, you have the opportunity to

Carrying out, on the basis of technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures.

You are responsible for

  • Basic understanding of product functionality. Monitors 1st pass yields.

  • Support to process flow for new suppliers to develop new material or equipment needs.

  • Supports to the execution of the activities defined in project.

  • Basic knowledge of cost analysis for new product expenditures.

  • Adheres to finalized budgets.

  • Participates in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.

  • Supports requests from cross functional teams.

  • May support specific steps on the review of new product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes.

  • Builds relationship to interact with other Mfg.Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional teams.

  • Safety consideration for material usage, process.

  • Participates in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), CIP Continuous Improvement Program (CIPs) and other internal projects related with design process or products and automation tasks for production lines for actual or new product introductions in the business.

  • Entry level professional that applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues. (Discipline/Domain Specific).Works on problems of limited scope.

  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

  • Builds stable relationships internally.

  • Normally receives detailed instruction on all work.

  • Works from supplied list of tasks.

  • Provides guidance and training to production operators and technicians during the implementation process.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Basic engineering education in process required ortechnical degree.

  • Basic English level

  • Basic statistical education is required. Knowledge on AdvancedMicrosoft Office.

  • Knowledge on mintab statistical analysis.
