What You’ll Do
Review security monitoring reports and systems to identify suspicious patterns that warrant further investigation.
Investigate any suspicious patterns that could be indicative of fraud or a security risk as necessary.
This position requires the review and decision making of consumer transaction activity related to consumer authentication, credit card transactions, IP address history, email address usage and user ID/password combinations.
The individual must be able to respond to consumer complaints of fraud, analyze the activity and make effective decisions as to the development into a case for further investigation or that the activity is within an acceptable business practice. These decisions must be made within a strict SLA timeline.
Qualifications
Effective English communication skills (100% written/verbal)
Solid experience with Microsoft Word and Excel applications and manipulation of data within Excel to include working with charts and pivot tables
2-5 years of proven analytical responsibilities
Data Analytics knowledge
Ability to make quick, accurate, and consistent decisions about data indicators
Ability to assess and conduct an investigation and make recommendations
Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent activities
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
