Description

The Payroll Analyst will provide assistance in complex payroll process tasks to ensure efficient service center operations. In this role, you will support the team in delivering complex solutions and executing a smooth flow of the payroll process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Collect personal information, fixed and variable payroll data and provide it in the standard format required to the payroll provider.
  • Ensure the accuracy of complex data specially for essential payroll variables such as employee salary, bank account and address for new hires and terminations.
  • Work closely with the operations team in order to ensure a reliable flow of data in a complex payroll process.
  • Process complex tasks according to company policies and procedures including timely mailbox administration.
  • Handle various requests and queries identifying urgency and complexity.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Advanced English level B2+
  • Excel intermediate level

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a human resources, finance or administrative role
  • Knowledge of complex payroll process and methodologies
  • Exposure to human resources tools and payroll applications such as SAP or PeopleSoft
  • Experience working in a shared service environment
