SGF Global is looking for a Performance Tester, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Overview

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
5+ years of handson experience with Performance Center, LoadRunner Enterprise, or other performance testing tools, Dynatrace or other monitoring tools.
5+ years defining performance testing metrics and KPI's.
Expertise in Performance Test Planning and execution, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Case Design, Test Environment setup, Test data setup, Defect Management and Configuration Management.
Sound experience leading Performance Testing projects and Test Teams.
Expertise in analysis of performance test results.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to various levels of the enterprise.
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
ISTQB Certification in Performance Testing (Must have)
MBA or other Advanced Degree (Must have)
SAFE Agile Certified (Must have)
Experience with member journey performance testing (Must have)

Duties and Tasks:

The Performance Tester isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes.
Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and enduser requirements.
Very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.
Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
