SAP Supervisor (Band 6)

This role will provide the successful applicant with immersion in S/4 HANA, with opportunities to level up their expertise and soft skills, in a sophisticated and exciting business environment.

As a key leader among the team responsible for supporting pharmaceuticals, you will have the opportunity to provide support to the business community for SAP in various capacities This includes all new projects as well as production support across all functions within SAP.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of SAP professionals (experiences ranging from 5 -> 15 years) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of SAP projects and initiatives.

Work with teammembers to generate estimates for configuration and unit testing activities of a project or large enhancement when required.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and teamwork among teammembers.
Provide coaching and mentoring to teammembers, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
Assist with setting performance and development goals for teammembers and provide feedback through the annual cycle on their progress.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and promoting a positive work environment to motivate and inspire teammembers.
Participate in design sessions around problemsolving business requirements with SAP solutions alongside you're the SAP Core team.
Support of teammembers from a growthanddevelopment standpoint under various SAP support modules (functional and technical).
Assist with generating reports for metrics used in analysis for team performance and business relationship statistics.
Leading all aspects of the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions across various system landscapes ranging from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA solutions.
Bring together team requirements related to training opportunities to upskill your team and keep them knowledgeable on modern day SAP technologies.
Participate in offhours meetings.

Skills & Experience

Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of work experience.
8+ years SAP ERP experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.
Experience with multiple SAP modules: PP/QM, MM/WM, FI/CO, SD, Security, Basis, ABAP.
Demonstrable ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain authorities.
Selfmanaging and selfmotivating; able to meet customer achievements and expectations.
