Validar e implementar mejoras en líneas/procesos para el establecimiento de condiciones básicas operativas en la planta y disminución de desperdicios,a través de herramientas de mejora continua.
- Generar, procesar, analizar e interpretar los datos del proceso
de producción para la identificación
de pérdidas (eficiencia, desperdicios,
movimientos), con la finalidad
de proponer planes
de acción que generen la eliminación
de estas.
Brindar seguimiento a los diferentes planes
de acción para asegurar su ejecución
y cierre. Implementar mejoras en equipos y procesos.
Utilizar las herramientas
de mejora continua en procesos y equipos para analizar perdidas y corregirlas.
