- Assisting in the migration of S2P processes from various countries to the designated location, while preparing related documentation such as process maps and work instructions.
- Addressing and resolving escalated issues related to accounts payable, invoice, and payment processing.
- Responding to vendor inquiries and AP workflow questions to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Maintaining vendor accounts and performing reconciliations.
- Engaging in daily communications with corporate governance.
- Ensuring accurate processing of both internal and third-party vendor invoices.
- Preparing and executing vendor payments.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with vendors and financial institutions.
- Executing month-end close activities for S2P, including accounts payable accruals and journal entries.
- Conducting periodic S2P reporting and KPI measurements as required.
- Ensuring compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
- Processing financial data accurately and promptly within the S2P domain.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring these enhancements are integrated into daily operations.
- Fostering a robust compliance environment in line with applicable policies and procedures.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate suppliers.
- Conducting audits of Concur and managing any related credit card processes.

Position Overview
This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of various accounting systems, including but not limited to: journal entries, general ledger management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, and cash flow management, all in alignment with GAAP standards and practices. The position requires the design of operational procedures that not only meet audit requirements but also enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the S2P Process Delivery Supervisor, you will be an integral part of S2P teams focused on Travel & Expense, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Vendor Management, and other accounts payable functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Experience and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries or business units.
• Experience in the diversified industrial products or manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Prior exposure to S2P processes, payments, and vendor management in a shared services environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams across various organizational levels.
• Capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
