Role Summary:

  • Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, being the main point of contact for clients, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Understand the bigger picture by aligning with customers' strategies and needs.
  • Initiate engaging conversations to showcase our offerings and support client success.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to become their trusted resource.
  • Focus on revenue expansion by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage endtoend relationships within your accounts and streamline administrative processes.
  • Utilize your negotiation skills to facilitate deal closures that benefit all parties involved.

Emerging & Growth Model:

  • Proactively manage a defined book of business with a focus on revenue retention and sales.
  • Handle both emerging and growth accounts to drive revenue, sales, and account administration.

What You'll Bring:

  • Customercentric approach, industry experience, and solid product knowledge.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal proficiency and problemsolving abilities.
  • Collaboration with crossfunctional teams and relevant education/experience in the field.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience with consistent growth.
  • Advanced English proficiency, B2B experience, and familiarity with analytical tools.
  • Experience in financial markets or related industries.
