The Salesforce Architect will be a key member of the growing Global Tech Services Organization to build out a best-in-class Salesforce implementation.

The Salesforce Architect will support the Salesforce delivery teams, provide cost-effective and thoughtful solutions with a focus on service delivery.

  • Have expert level capabilities in APEX, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and environment governance
  • Have expertise in API led integrations (REST, SOAP)
  • Be responsible for producing designs for development teams, collaborating with the product team, distill business problems into viable, longstanding technology solutions by:
  • Generating technical requirements
  • Designing solution documents
  • Assist in reviewing code quality
  • Participating in iterative deployments
  • Providing operational support to the business (where applicable)
  • Working on simultaneous tasks, prioritizing to maximize productivity
  • Being a selfstarter with effective communication skills
  • Tackling problems outside their core competencies to learn new technologies (as needed)
  • Have expertise in agile development process

  • Hold Salesforce certifications

  • Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Technical Architect


  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry handson experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of handson experience with Salesforce development.
  • 3+ years experience with ETL (Mulesoft) platforms, CICD pipeline setup and maintenance, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Understanding of event based architecture (domain driven design)
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (terraforming)
  • Understanding of development operations, pipeline creation, and architecture.
