    TÍTULO DEL PUESTO: Coordinador de Programa, Cuentas Nacionales

    NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD:
    Responsable de coordinar funciones de proyectos de alto volumen, sensibles al tiempo y críticas en toda la cadena de valor.
    Los clientes objetivo son de naturaleza global, por lo que el rol incluye la exposición a los miembros del equipo de ventas y operaciones internacionales.
    TAREA

    Preventa:

    - Coordinar y gestionar las transferencias y realizar un seguimiento del trabajo entre los equipos de diseño, los ingenieros de aplicaciones y los recursos offshore (para satisfacer las expectativas del cliente)
    - Coordinar y trabajar con los equipos de ingeniería para garantizar que la lista de materiales y los diseños del proyecto sigan los estándares documentados del cliente
    - La creación de estimaciones de Compass es necesaria para proyectos de clientes nacionales basados en el alcance creado por ingeniería y la lista de materiales
    - Los proyectos internacionales requieren la creación de una hoja de precios inicial que aproveche los precios globales estandarizados (cuando corresponda) y la coordinación con los contactos regionales / nacionales de la JCI para los requisitos de precios locales y la finalización
    - Seguimiento y revisión con los contactos regionales / nacionales de la JCI para garantizar que los precios locales y las adiciones de equipos se alineen con los estándares del cliente.
    - Realizar un seguimiento e informar sobre todas las actividades de preventa e hitos al gerente del programa, al gerente de cuentas estratégicas y al cliente
    - Ayudar a nuestros equipos locales en problemas técnicos reportados para proyectos internacionales, es decir, solución de problemas para su resolución
    - Seguimiento de la recepción de aprobaciones de clientes y órdenes de compra para todos los proyectos
    - Revisar los dibujos antes de salir para asegurarse de que cumplen con los estándares del cliente (CAD - REVIT - PDF).
    Post-Venta:

    - Facilitar / administrar llamadas de campo de clientes y gerentes de cuentas estratégicas que preguntan sobre pedidos, propuestas e instalaciones
    - Facilitar las llamadas de conferencia y el seguimiento de los proyectos
    - Proporcionar actualizaciones continuas del progreso del trabajo al equipo y al cliente (utilizando bases de datos internas y externas)
    - Puede participar en visitas a clientes y reuniones de negocios
    - Coordina, comunica y realiza un seguimiento de todos los avances e hitos de proyectos globales y nacionales Ayudar con las iniciativas de escalamiento de clientes y la resolución de problemas
    - Rastrear/resolver todos los problemas posteriores a la instalación
    - Mantener informes mensuales y semanales Mantener informes mensuales de Salesforce Desembolsar informes semanales de Salesforce
    - Revisar los dibujos antes de salir para asegurarse de que cumplen con los estándares del cliente, incluidas las revisiones (CAD - REVIT - PDF)
    - Envíe inspecciones y estudios del sitio y administre los SLA para garantizar que se cumplan los plazos y que se incurra en sanciones
    - Determinar qué PM local tendrá el ancho de banda para administrar un proyecto

    Requisitos:

    - Asociado o licenciatura.
    - Se requiere 1-2 años de experiência en ventas / coordinación de proyectos Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
    - Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con la organización interna y los representantes de los clientes.
    Poseer un alto nivel de alfabetización informática.
    - Dominio de MS Office: Excel, Power Point y Word.
    Deseable:

    - Licenciado en Ingeniería.
    - Conocimientos de construcción.
    - Conocimientos o estudios de gestión de proyectos.
    - Altas habilidades de comunicación.
    - Uso de Smartsheet.
    - Uso de SalesForce.
    - Uso de PowerBI.
    - Conocimientos en sistemas de Seguridad (Control de Accesos, Detección de Intrusos, Videovigilancia)
    - Conocimiento en sistemas HVAC (calefacción, refrigeración, manejo de aire y controles)
