This role is located in Costa Rica and requires all applicants to already have the rights to live and work in Costa Rica before applying.

ABOUT THE JOB
Organize and ensure the correct logistic of transportation services in Costa Rica (Hotels-Airports several destinations in Costa Rica.
Process any cancellations, and manage queries regarding pick-up times, timetables, and prices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams
Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends.
Excellent communication Skills.
Fluent Verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines
Exceptional time management skills.

ABOUT YOU
An experienced individual in the tourism business. Someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operation Industry. Experience in a similar role or any administrative career background is advantageous.
Microsoft Office knowledge and ease of technology are a must.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish & English are a must (additional languages, such as French or German will be an advantage but not required for the position).

A proactive professional with a clear focus on quality and efficiency. Very organized, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
A talented professional, team player who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career.
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns a new skill.
