Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

  • Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; Licentiate is a plus.
  • English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
  • 2 to 4 years of finance related experience.
  • Knowledgeable in financial concepts and financial statements.
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting concepts
  • Highly proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to learn and effectively use NetSuite and Blackline.
  • Familiarity with investment partnership reporting a plus Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment, and company information
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail
  • Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Must be able to meet department goals
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines

Responsibilities:


  • Help manage the company's longterm corporate investments:
  • Process, record, and review capital call and distribution notices
  • Process carry distributions and record related entries
  • Reconcile capital account balances
  • Assist with US fixed assets and lease schedules
  • Assist with reconciling intercompany account balances Assist with treasury activities, including but not limited to:
  • Prepare wires and ACH batches
  • Monitor and reconcile cash balances
  • Assist with cash forecasting process
  • Prepare and enter monthend journal entries
  • Assist with continuous process improvements
  • Review and process expense reports against company policy
  • Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
