Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; Licentiate is a plus.
English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
2 to 4 years of finance related experience.
Knowledgeable in financial concepts and financial statements.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting concepts
Highly proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs
Ability to learn and effectively use NetSuite and Blackline.
Familiarity with investment partnership reporting a plus Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment, and company information
Acute attention to accuracy and detail
Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
Must be able to meet department goals
Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines

Responsibilities:

Help manage the company's longterm corporate investments:
Process, record, and review capital call and distribution notices
Process carry distributions and record related entries
Reconcile capital account balances
Assist with US fixed assets and lease schedules
Assist with reconciling intercompany account balances Assist with treasury activities, including but not limited to:
Prepare wires and ACH batches
Monitor and reconcile cash balances
Assist with cash forecasting process
Prepare and enter monthend journal entries
Assist with continuous process improvements
Review and process expense reports against company policy
Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
