    Digital Hosting Solutions (DHS) is the Digital Center of Excellence for cloud infrastructure capabilities at Pfizer, providing foundational public and private cloud services to all business lines globally.

    The team delivers secure, scalable, compliant, operationally viable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Working within DHS means being at the cutting edge of cloud technology in a leading biopharmaceutical organization, where adoption of these technologies is rapidly increasing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates to manage and automate cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust cloud architectures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for IaC, including code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure quality and maintainability.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise on cloud infrastructure and IaC best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in software development and cloud infrastructure.
    • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment and management of cloud resources using IaC.
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Go.
    • Demonstrated experience with IaC tools and DevOps methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.

    This role will regularly interact with members of the Digital Hosting Solutions (DHS) Team, other groups within Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S), and Solution Teams within the Digital Creation Centers.

    This role interfaces directly with Pfizer Digital Creation Centers, who are customers of DHS solutions for sharing cloud usage and cost data, providing optimization recommendations, and assisting in execution when necessary.

    Absolutely Essential: A salary of $120,000 per year.
