Intel Sales and Marketing (SMG) Job Description

Intel's Sales and Marketing (SMG) team collaborates with customers and partners globally to address vital business issues using Intel-based technology solutions. SMG partners with different business units to amplify customer feedback and provide solutions that drive business growth efficiently. In the New Product Development Planning department, we play a crucial role in product development from initial design to launch, ensuring products smoothly transition to revenue generation.

  • The coordinator and starter tasks for a product line from engineering to production, ensuring a seamless transition from new product introduction to high volume manufacturing. This includes collecting and organizing data, developing supply plans, and monitoring product flow to meet commitments on time and in the correct configuration.
  • Creation of supply forecasts and running 'what if' analyses, driving new product naming, BOM creation, and routing requirements through product planning systems setup.
  • Scrubbing engineering and marketing sample demand against product supply forecast, analyzing manufacturing risks, capacity utilization, scheduling inventory levels, and managing cross-functional stakeholders globally.
  • Performing thorough business process analysis, identifying process improvements, and communicating complex issues with customer business groups.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management. Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and advanced English proficiency.
  • Preferred qualifications: 1+ years of experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
