    Position Overview:
    As a Manufacturing Supervisor II, you will oversee and guide a team of employees in various manufacturing sectors to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and direct employees and manufacturing processes across multiple production areas, ensuring compliance with company standards and conducting performance evaluations, including addressing any performance-related concerns.
    • Coordinate work order scheduling and monitor team performance metrics.
    • Ensure that all staff members receive the necessary training to perform their designated tasks effectively.
    • Accountable for the productivity and quality outcomes of the team, providing regular updates and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional teams.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives, collaborate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions, and conduct non-conformance reviews to ensure proper documentation and optimize operational procedures.
    • Guarantee adequate staffing levels for all roles within the team.
    • Conduct daily audits to verify adherence to manufacturing protocols by all employees.
    • Perform other incidental tasks as required.

    Education and Experience:
    A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as industrial, chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering) with practical experience in a related area, or significant technical expertise in the assigned work environment. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with full responsibility for personnel management, including hiring and employee relations in manufacturing or quality engineering is required. Project management experience is essential, while experience in the medical device sector is preferred.

    Additional Skills:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably JDE.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mediate differences to reach consensus.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
    • Commitment to adhering to all company policies and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment and environmental protection.
