Please note that this role is a hybrid role and will absolutely require some days in the office.

Salesforce Administrator

As a key contributor you will play a significant role in driving the rapid growth of a leading FinTech while helping customers and empowering team members.

Why this opportunity?

You

Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, database, computer science or other technical field
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Salesforce Administration Certification or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and skills development via Trailblazer, etc.
Proven ability to understand business needs and design, create and implement Salesforce processes
Strong data management abilities, including deduplication and data hygiene
Experience with Salesforce Ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. helpful.

What you'll do

Oversee administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Mentor and train users and sales leaders as applicable
Provide user support for and assist with change management activities
