This Temporary (12 months) onsite Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position is based in San Jose Costa Rica and will support the Site Construction Program Manager, the FCE team, and a larger contracted construction group at the site.

As an Administrative Assistant (Intel Contract Employee - ICE) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Create and sustain systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information.
  • Schedule and coordinates logistics for meetings and events.
  • Organize and manage calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending.
  • Serve as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures.
  • Execute of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations.
  • Copy, collate, sort and distribute materials.
  • May require working within a globally dispersed team.
  • Work performed within generally defined parameters.
  • Judgment and decisionmaking willingness is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
  • Provide customer service and support multiple people simultaneously.
  • Coordinate lunch meetings, recognition events, partner with program office and other administrative assistants, and be a key player in driving organizational health improvements.
  • Assist in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, Face to Face (F2Fs).
  • Plan and organize meetings and offsites, prepares agendas, coordinates logistics.
  • Manage logistics of the department organizational charts, distribution lists and logistics needs.
  • Support new employee onboarding and integration, send welcome letters.
  • Work closely with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs as appropriate.
  • Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from frontend planning to construction execution.
  • Organization skills with attention to detail.

  • Skills to focus on accuracy and quality, willing to selfmanage and function with mínimal supervision in a fastpaced and an interruptdriven environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate English level
  • Cost Rica work permit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools including SharePoint., Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding and experience with Workday.
  • Experience in booking domestic/international travel along with visa/passport needs
