- Ensure successful migration of applications to containerized environments while addressing security considerations using established methodologies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cloud security principles and tools such as Vault or Secrets Manager.
- Provide continuous support to various teams, offering expertise in cloud and infrastructure-related preparations to assist in setting up different AWS resources. Off-hours support may be necessary to manage incidents.
- Utilize Kubernetes and Rafay for orchestrating and facilitating the efficient deployment and management of containerized applications.
- Automate application deployment and configuration management using Ansible for effective provisioning and maintenance across diverse environments.
- Engage with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM to design, configure, and maintain a secure and robust cloud environment.
- Take responsibility for leveraging CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and TeamCity to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Assist in the migration and ongoing maintenance of various legacy platforms (e.g., Team City, Kafka).
- Drive SDLC audits through legacy service pipeline setups, coordinating patching efforts, and enabling accessibility for legacy service logs.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in AWS with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS, EKS), and the ability to debug and work with complex systems and architectures within AWS.
- Experience in automating tasks and using command line interfaces in a Linux environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience managing AWS Lambda functions, including deployment, scaling, and integration within the DevOps lifecycle.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation for automating infrastructure provisioning.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Experience with Ansible for application deployment and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and tools such as Vault or Secrets Manager.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues in production environments.
