What you'll do:

  • Assisting with the design and improvement of technical solutions for several defined (and potentially undefined) use cases
  • Spearheading maintenance and upgrade activities on existing BCG solutions, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline them along the way.
  • Firmware updates of devices, life cycle management of different hardware devices such as Cisco, Poly, Crestron and future platforms.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for automation to reduce the risk of manual support and administrative activities. This will require the use of scripting languages like Powershell, at times.
  • Design and execute on the testing of upgrades, and lead the creation of end user and ITfacing documentation
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues that are high visibility and criticality. Partner with Local IT and external vendor partners for issues causing regional/global outages.
  • Support other areas of BCG Digital Collaboration team as needed.


  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge in CISCO.
  • Working knowledge of scripting tools like Powershell, API is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of audio/visual technology in general; encompassing cameras/codecs, microphones, whiteboards, and general AV room and solution design
