CAP8 Investments is a Property Management Company managing commercial properties in multiple states in the USA. We are specialized in managing multi-family rental properties. Our head office is located in Dallas, Texas. We are currently looking for an energetic and growth-oriented individuals who could add value to our back-end operations.

A few skills we are looking for are:
\* Excellent communication skill. \* Fluency in English speaking. \* Attention to the details. \* Independently working \* Good experiecne working with Microsoft Word and Excel. \* Enthusiasm to learn and master new skills. \* Available 9AM to 5PM Central USA timings. \* Previous experience managing Proprties is a plus (not must) \* Familiarity with Property management softwares.
