    Maintenance Tooling Engineer 1

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for performing Complex troubleshooting, mechanisms analysis and precision adjustment for production machines.
    • Troubleshoots quality problems on machines to identify root causes of deviant parts and performs necessary repairs to ensure quality specifications.
    • Optimize lifecycle of production equipment and reduce costs by improving availability.
    • Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality performance in processes.
    • Development prototypes and testing for new designs carrying out quality assurance tests on those new designs.
    • Responsible for managing the fabrication of component and assembly fixtures required to complete prototype fabrication.
    • Proven experience in reading and interpreting complex mechanical, technical drawings.
    • Uses CAD software to analyze existing tooling designs and improve on them.
    • Create and update the documentation for equipment design changes.
    • Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures to prevent accidents, illness, and environmental hazards.
    • Escalate unsafe acts or conditions observed in the work area.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other related engineering field.
    • Intermediate English
    • Solid precision mechanics background.
    • 2+ Years related experience in design and Fixtures development.
    • knowledge in CNC.
    • knowledge in CAM is a plus.
    • CAD software knowledge is a must (Auto Cad and solid works).
    • Working knowledge of precision mechanics, precision adjustments, electrical (basic), Mechanic, wiring, equipment repair.
    • Ability to complete projects on time and to specification.
    • Requires the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
    • Windchill software experience is a plus.
    • Administrative Shift (onsite)
