Special Account Agent - Ocean and Air Agent (2022- 2023 | Expeditors Costa Rica)

• Provide and lead customer support while being every day in the client's facility. 
• Manage a team handling all incoming and outgoing shipments at the client's facility. 
• Search new products, suppliers, markets, and lines for the client's company growth. 
• Negotiate with different carriers and suppliers to get better services and rates. 
• Collaborate directly with the logistic team and buyers to ensure material stock to prevent line-downs for their products.

Ocean Import Customer Service Agent (2021 - 2022 | Expeditors Costa Rica)

• Coordinate and follow up on the import logistics process from the origin to the final destination, especially for medical device customers. 
• Coordinate and plan the import logistics process with shipping companies or cargo consolidators.
• Follow up containers from arrival to the client's or fiscal warehouse's placement. 
• Prepare and review BLs in the company's internal import and export system. 
• Establish business relationships with suppliers in several countries, especially in the United States and Asia.

Regional Import and Export Order Management Agent (2019 - 2021 | Expeditors Costa Rica)

• Follow up from creating the purchase order to the delivery to the final destination. 
• Coordinate and plan the import logistics process for seasonal refrigerated commodities for customers, especially from South America. 
• Follow up on import and export processes for different retailer customers. 
• Manage the data entry for the import and export process in the company's order management system. Offer personalized and dedicated customer service for each client in charge.
