Engineering intern in innovation and development at ZingoCR

Drafted a user manual for a Yamaha electric generator, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Developed a Teams chatbot using Microsoft Power Automate to enhance internal communication for company personnel. Successfully organized and managed the company's year-end party, coordinating all logistical aspects for a seamless event. Analyzed and performed reverse engineering on ISO 27001 certification standards within a Power Apps application, contributing to enhanced security and regulatory compliance.
