 • Coordinated legal procedures with tax authorities, CCSS, SUGEF, INS, and managed changes in legal entity and representation. 

• Led a banking transition to centralize international operations and enhance eƯiciency. 

• Managed accruals for expenses and revenues, including monthly provisions and reconciliations. 

• Implemented amortization policies, transitional accounts, and improved expense reporting for corporate cards.

• Recovered 95% of a delinquent accounts receivable portfolio older than 3 years via reconciliation, collection planning, and  dashboard alerts.
