UBER | September 2017 current – part-time

• Own a car, also B1 license.
• Have my own 2 fleet in which I deal with many different drivers and problems related to such job. Like payments, hire new drivers, to take care of both the car and the driver.

• Worked as a Network Manager on Deliverability Team working on e-mail marketing. Helped look to standardized processes using excel for everyone to make their job quicker.
• Worked with tools like AWS for server communication, bunny.net uploading images, creating IP DNS, new domains, GoDaddy configuration of domains, name.com, Green Arrow manage server sending, Freshdesk for communication between parts, slack for internal communication and excel.

SYKES | March to September 2017

• Call center in frequent callers/credit seekers department at AT&T. Customer call looking to get a discount on their bills.
• Learn a lot to deal with difficult customers, also to have empathy on their situation to possibly not solve the issue but be clear on why their needs weren’t satisfied, and avoid to the customer to call back. English level between B2 and C1.
